To meet the growing interest in Crypto-Assets, the CBI Ecosystem was conceived and initially setup to operate in the African framework and for Developing Nations through educating and implementing social investment plans to generate innovative strategies for wealth creation through Crypto Based Innovative Applications. With the continued growth and international demand for its services, the management and stakeholders at CBI undertook to position itself Internationally to cater to all members who affiliate and subscribe to the CBI Association terms and conditions. This positioning process is seeing CBI communities being reconstituted on a decentralised basis with its members participating in country or regional jurisdictions whose prime objective is to the pursuit of the following:
• Obtaining Blockchain & Cryptocurrency education information, tools and applications
• Learning to apply blockchain technology as well as mastering cryptography especially as far as wealth creation is concerned
• Accessing opportunities to purchase and invest in bundled products, structured pools and investment opportunities
• Accessing services to better the lives of our members
CBI Association
The CBI Ecosystem is administered by the CBI Association. Any person or institution that joins the Association MUST become a member to the association and subscribe to the Constitution, including the Rules and Regulations of the Association and its Whitepaper. A monthly/yearly membership is payable and that membership fee is determined by the Association at its annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be held annually during the month of September/October. Election of the board, membership conditions and all other conditions are in accordance with the Constitution.
It needs to be emphasised that the amount paid to CBI is a membership fee and does not constitute deposits as contemplated in the Banks Act. Neither are any commissions paid on any membership fees. It also cannot be said that CBI is advising communities on financial products such that it needs to be regulated in terms of the FAIS Act. At this time, there is no regulatory compliance required in respect of crypto assets purchase and transactions, albeit that same is imminent.
CBI Global is a private owned company in the process of being incorporated in Mauritius and is the management company. CBI Global is mainly responsible for the creation of information and educational material as well as the creation of investment tools to ensure the CBI Association and its members are able to leverage and obtain the best benefits the Crypto Based Innovation Group has to offer in order for the CBI Association members to participate and derive from the unparalleled opportunities of the 4th Industrial Revolution for wealth creation.

While membership to the CBI Association is open to all and membership fees are limited to the absolute minimum, the Association is not advertising its membership in the general markets because basic transference of skills and guidance is still required as blockchain and crypto currency is still a very unfamiliar subject and strange to most people, especially those of the developing world. The Association will therefore still need Wealth Creators to assist the new members to familiarise themselves with the website, the various applications and how to open and operate a crypto wallet. We have therefore adopted the attitude of “each one teach one”. Members pay a small additional fee whenever he/she participates in any product supplied by the Association and these fees are then distributed in accordance to a predetermined way amongst those educators or what we term: “WEALTH CREATORS”. Being a “WEALTH CREATOR” does NOT guarantee any income or similar to that of other Wealth Creators, but is based on your initiatives, application of the knowledge and skills we shared with you as well as your commitment and dedication towards your team. We are applying the basic principles of affiliate and network marketing although it is possible to earn much more than someone who became a Wealth Creator before you, as our structures are NOT determined by a “first come first serve” basis, but rather your commitment and devotion to your own success.
